12/05/2016 Estate purposes in Royal Palm Beach Thank you for all your work on the appraisal for my Mother’s villa. I really appreciate your advice. I will forward the current value appraisal to my attorneys. The time of death I will use for tax purposes (IRS). The other appraisal will be used for the lawsuit started by my family member.
The realtor I was talking with is ready to list the property & felt we would be able to sell fast & get close to asking price. So, your appraisal makes me very happy.
You helped me so much with this! It's now my proof of what the property is worth which is way more than what my family member alleges. I hope by showing this report I will no longer get cheated!
